DIY Aloe Vera Ice Cubes

With 4th of July coming up, you’re probably heading to the beach or plan on being outside. I know I will! You know how crazy I am about applying SPF, but let’s be real… sunburn occasionally (eek) can happen. Plus, your skin naturally becomes hot and flushed from being outside. This DIY Aloe Vera Ice Cube recipe is one of my favorite summer tricks to soothe sunburned skin.  Here’s what you need:

·      Aloe Vera (the cheaper the better!)

·      Ice Cube Trays

·      About 30 minutes

Direction:

1.     In a clean ice cube try, squeeze Aloe Vera into individual compartments.

2.     Once full, place the tray in the freezer for about 30 min – 1 hour.

3.     Remove from the freezer and apply to sunburnt area.
